1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a high-performance, styrene-free UV-curable resin. Designed to be stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide and is perfect for glass fiber wetting. This innovative resin offers rapid curing speeds, minimal odor, and exceptional mechanical properties. As a non-hazardous chemical with food certification, it is ideally suited for the in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes, particularly in environments where styrene usage is restricted.

Note:The casting is manufactured according to GB/T8237 guidelines; Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 with light intensity of 14mW/cm² for 5 minutes.

4.. Suggestions for use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste utilized. Therefore, small batch trials are highly recommended prior to full-scale application. 2) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with both mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are to be used, conducting small-batch trials in advance is advisable. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. To maintain its efficacy, the packaging must be stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with rising temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
