Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +80ºC×24hrs;
4 . Instruction and attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a broad gel time range, utilize a low-activity curing agent such as Butanox LPT from AKZO. When applied as an overcoat layer (e.g., the outermost layer of pipeline and tank), paraffin must be incorporated to ensure proper curing.
When used as overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipeline and tank), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) The recommended paraffin addition is 300 ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). Additionally, to maximize paraffin efficacy, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Extended storage under unsuitable conditions can affect liquid resin properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'. Due to its styrene monomer content, it is both hazardous and flammable.
