1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures swiftly under ultraviolet light, offering superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and exceptional mechanical properties. It's ideal for UV curing applications such as trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Usage Recommendations:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and rate of thickening are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Small batch trials are advisable before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** or UV-LED lamps. If you plan to use other light sources, conduct small-batch trials beforehand.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, since the resin contains a UV light initiator. The packaging should remain in dark, fully opaque conditions.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Safety Management Regulations for Chemical Dangerous Articles.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Seal the container to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC; shelf life is 6 months.
Note: Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
