1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it offers stability and thickening properties. This resin cures rapidly under UV lamps, providing exceptional glass fiber wettability and superior mechanical attributes. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, and oil and gas pipelines.

4. Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct relationship between the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used and the thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are recommended before application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are to be used, conduct small-batch trials first.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains a UV light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark place and ensured to be 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months. Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
