1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity unsaturated polyester resin formulated with isophthalate neopentylene glycol.Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin is designed for fast curing under ultraviolet lamps. It boasts exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for the ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The type and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, conducting small batch trials before use is recommended.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are needed, pre-testing with small batches is advisable.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV light initiator, the packaging must be stored in a dark place and kept completely opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher storage temperatures.
