1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a premium, highly reactive, and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, this resin offers stability and thickening capabilities, cures efficiently under ultraviolet (UV) light, exhibits superb glass fiber wettability, and features rapid curing speeds coupled with exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

, cured for 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, conducting small batch trials before usage is highly recommended.
2) UV2301 resin is cure-compatible with *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are considered, pre-testing in small batches is essential.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, ensuring it remains 100% opaque to protect the UV light initiator in the resin. Store it in a dark place.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Maintain a sealed environment to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in dry conditions at temperatures below 25ºC for a shelf life of 6 months.
Note that storage time decreases as temperature increases.
