1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Formulated with magnesium oxide, this resin is stable and thickened, offering UV lamp curing capabilities and exceptional glass fiber wettability. Its fast curing speed and superior mechanical properties make it ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before final application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured
by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) This product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV-initiator, the packaging must be placed in a dark, fully opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
