1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a high-performance bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin, excellently engineered for manufacturing various FRP products. Ideal applications include anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. Highly adaptable, HS-4430 is perfect for hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding processes, offering superior mechanical strength, toughness, heat resistance, and exceptional corrosion resistance. 4 . Instruction and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a flexible gel time, use low-activity curing agents like Butanox LPT by AKZO. When applied as an overcoat layer (e.g., on the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to ensure optimal curing.
The recommended addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). Additionally, to maximize the benefits of paraffin, aim for a short gel time of approximately 30 minutes.

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can affect liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.' As it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
