1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentyl glycol-based unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, this resin boasts stability and thickening properties, ensuring excellent glass fiber wettability. It can be rapidly cured under ultraviolet light, providing outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide used. It is recommended to conduct small-batch trials prior to large-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using either *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, please perform small-batch trials beforehand.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the presence of ultraviolet light initiators in the resin. The packaging must be kept in a completely dark, opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the packaging remains sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place with temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with rising temperatures.
The storage duration is inversely proportional to the temperature.
