1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, this resin remains stable and thickened, suitable for curing by ultraviolet light. It boasts exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct relationshipwith the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.Thus, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For curing with other light sources, please conduct small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark place and maintained 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pickup and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
