1. Brief Introduction:
HS-7038 series high gloss polyester gelcoat is specially designed for a variety of original mold surface high gloss, anti-cracking applications of pre-promotion, air drying polyester gelcoat. Different colors can be customized. It is suitable for all kinds of original mold surface, especially suitable for fan blades, yachts, auto parts, sanitary wares which has surface requirements.

4.Recommended Application Process:
1.Coating Method: Suitable for mainstream coating methods such as mesh coating, scraper, and extrusion.
2.Oven Temperature: 80-120 °C
3.Solid Content for Machine: It is recommended to dilute with ethyl acetate to 30-45% solid content for machine use.
4.Coating Dry Weight: It is recommended 6-10 g/m², dry film thickness 6-10μm.
5.Curing Conditions: Cure at 50°C for 48 hours or at 35°C for 3-4 days. Adjust and customize according to customer processes.
5.Precautions:
1.Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. The shelf life is 9 months. If expired, it can still be used after passing inspection.
