Product Name: HS-1520 Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:HS-1520 is a high-performance NPGl type unsaturated polyester resin specifically designed for SMC/BMC applications. It boasts high reactivity,
low viscosity, excellent coloring, and superb thickening characteristics. The resulting product surface is exceptionally smooth, with a high-gloss finish, outstanding water resistance, and superior heat resistance. Additionally, it offers remarkable mechanical strength and excellent electrical performance, making it ideal for use in electrical parts, industrial components, sanitary fixtures, vehicle parts, and various other fields.

Note:
1) The method for preparing the cured form follows GB/T 8237 standards. Curing system: 0.6% Co-Naph: 1.5%,
AKZO M-50: 1.5%.
2) Post-cure: Room temperature × 24h + 60ºC × 3h + 110ºC × 2h.

4. Storage:
The product should be stored in a cool location under 25 ºC, away from fire, heat sourcese, and should be sealed to prevent the intrusion of moisture, monomers, and volatile substances. With proper storage under ambient temperature conditions of 25 ºC, the shelf life is 6 months.
