1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, it cures rapidly under ultraviolet light. This resin exhibits excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate.Thus, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is suitable for curing with *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product must be packed in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV light initiator, it must be stored in complete darkness.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry, cool place at temperatures below 25ºC to ensure a shelf life of 6 months.
Higher storage temperatures will reduce the shelf life.
