1. Brief Introduction:
Discover the highly reactive and versatile UV2301, a medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Engineered with magnesium oxide, this resin is not only stable and thickened but also cures swiftly under ultraviolet light. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability and superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste.It is advisable to conduct small batch trials before full-scale usage.thickening rate.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedwith either a *** lamp or UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are to be used for curing, preliminary small-batch trials are essential.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The resin should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As it contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be completely opaque and kept in a dark environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note that storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
