1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. When stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 can be efficiently cured by ultraviolet lamps. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, a rapid curing speed, and remarkable mechanical properties. This makes it ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.It ensures optimal results and process stability.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are considered, prior small-batch trials are advised.
This precaution helps verify the compatibility and efficiency of alternative curing methods.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packed in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as it contains an ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must be stored in a dark place and kept completely opaque to prevent premature curing.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
The storage duration decreases with rising temperatures.
