1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. This resin is distinguished by its impressive reactivity and ability to quickly cure under ultraviolet light.Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, it boasts outstanding glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and exceptional mechanical properties. Perfectly suited for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) applications in sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used.Small batch trials are recommended to determine optimal conditions.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials to ensure compatibility.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Given that the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be 100% opaque and stored in a dark place.
2) Follow the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" for transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months and decreases with rising temperatures.
