UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. This innovative formulation ensures high performance in various demanding applications.. When stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 can be rapidly cured using ultraviolet light. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, superior mechanical properties, and a remarkably fast curing speed, making it ideal for trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.Conduct small batch trials to determine the optimal conditions before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If you opt for other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) This product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as it contains an ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure that the packaging drum is stored in a dark place and remains completely opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with increasing temperature.
