1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. When stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it can be cured using ultraviolet light. This product boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. It is ideally suited for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:The casting is prepared according to GB/T8237. Curing conditions involve using UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm² for 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and rate of thickening are directly related to the model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used. It is recommended to conduct small batch trials before application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using a *** lamp or UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, please perform small-batch trials beforehand.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as it contains an ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must be kept in a dark place and be 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with increasing temperature.
