1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. With the addition of magnesium oxide, it demonstrates stability and thickening properties. The resin cures efficiently under ultraviolet lamps, showcasing excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superb mechanical properties. It is ideal for UV curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Conduct small batch trials before application.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are preferred, conduct small-batch trials in advance.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must be stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture uptake and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
