1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a state-of-the-art, highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it boasts exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

4 Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste. Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are needed for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tank or iron drum to prevent exposure to ultraviolet light initiator. Store the packaging drum in a dark place, ensuring it is 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months. The storage duration decreases with increasing temperature.
