1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures swiftly under ultraviolet light, boasting excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superb mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) applications in sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using either *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) This product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the presence of ultraviolet light initiators. The packaging must be stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the containers sealed to prevent moisture contamination and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC, with a shelf life of 6 months. The storage time decreases as temperatures increase.
