Introducing UV-E2310, a cutting-edge, styrene-free, UV-curable resin, meticulously formulated for superior stabilization and thickening with magnesium oxide. Enhanced with glass fiber wetting, this resin offers outstanding performance, rapid curing, minimal odor, and exceptional mechanical properties. As a non-hazardous chemical certified for food safety, UV-E2310 is the ideal choice for in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipelines and settings where styrene use is restricted.

Note:The casting is prepared according to GB/T8237. Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14 mW/cm², for a duration of 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate directly depend on the model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, it is highly recommended to conduct small batch trials before large-scale application. 2) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with curing by both mercury and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are to be used, preliminary small-batch trials should be performed. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum to protect the resin, which contains a UV light initiator. Ensure the packaging drum is stored in a dark, completely opaque environment.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but storage time shortens as temperature increases. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
