1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it showcases stability and thickening properties. This resin cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, offering exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and outstanding mechanical strength. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. There exists a direct correlationbetween the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste and the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.Therefore, small batch trials are advised before large-scale application.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. Should you need to employ different light sources, it's prudent to conduct small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) Product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the resin's UV light initiator. Ensure packaging remains in dark, fully opaque conditions.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid heat exposure such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Storage duration decreases with rising temperatures.
