1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, this resin cures swiftly under ultraviolet light while providing outstanding glass fiber wettability and superior mechanical properties. Perfectly suited for UV curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The type and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate. Small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps. If using alternative light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to shield it from light, as the resin contains a UV initiator. Ensure the packaging is 100% opaque and stored in a dark environment.
2) Adhere to the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months. Note that storage time decreases with higher temperatures.
