1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it offers stable thickening, exceptional glass fiber wettability, and rapid curing when exposed to ultraviolet light. It boasts remarkable mechanical properties, making it ideal for UV curing in trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil pipelines, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of paste directly affect thickening viscosity and rate. Conduct small batch trials prior to full-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If utilizing alternative light sources, perform small-batch trials in advance to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) Store in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect from UV light. Ensure packaging remains in a dark place and 100% opaque to prevent exposure.
2) Follow the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" for transportation.
3) Avoid heat exposure, such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
