Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, this resin can be efficiently cured using ultraviolet lamps. It boasts superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing times, and outstanding mechanical properties. Perfectly suited for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using a magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of this paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate.Conduct small batch trials before full-scale use to determine the optimal mix.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** or UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, conduct small-batch trials first.
This ensures compatibility and effectiveness with the desired curing method.
5. Storage:
1) Packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains UV light initiators. Ensure packaging remains in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Note that storage time decreases as temperature increases.
