1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a superior bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin, expertly engineered for producing an array of FRP products. 4 . Instructions and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a broad gel time scale, it is recommended to use a low-activity curing agent such as Butanox LPT produced by AKZO.
When used as an overcoat layer (like the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to ensure the desired curing degree.
2) The recommended addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). To utilize paraffin most effectively, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Keep away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside recommended conditions can affect resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'. As it contains styrene monomer, it is both hazardous and flammable.
