Product Name: CCS Certified Marine Epoxy Resin for Corrosion Resistant and Heat Resistant FRPEpoxyVinyl Ester Resin HS-4430
1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a premium bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin, ideal for a multitude of FRP applications including anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. With exceptional mechanical strength, toughness, and remarkable heat and corrosion resistance, it is perfectly suited for hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding processes. HS-4430 stands out as one of the
finest resins ever crafted for the marine industry.
2. Technical Data Sheet for Liquid Resin:
Curing System for GT Test: Accelerator 0.6Co/Naph: 2%; Hardener AKZO LPT: 2%;
3. Physical Properties of Casting (For Reference Only):
Note:
1) The casting is prepared as per GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post Curing: RT × 24 hours + 80ºC × 24 hours;
4 . Instruction and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a broad gel time range, utilize a low-activity curing agent like Butanox LPT by AKZO. When used as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), paraffin must be added to ensure the desired curing degree.
For optimal results, the recommended paraffin addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). Ensure the resin has a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes) to maximize the benefits of paraffin.
2) The recommended addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). At the same time, to fully leverage paraffin's benefits, the resin should have a brief gel time (about 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Extended storage outside of recommended conditions may affect properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Transport in accordance with State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'. Containing styrene monomer, it is classified as hazardous and flammable.
