Note:
1) The casting is prepared as per GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +80ºC×24hrs;
4 . Instruction and attention:1) To minimize bubble formation and achieve a broad gel time, use a curing agent with low activity, such as Butanox LPT from AKZO.
When applying as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), adding paraffin ensures the desired curing degree.
2) The recommended paraffin addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). Additionally, to fully utilize the paraffin, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposing the resin to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store it in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside recommended conditions can affect liquid resin properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.' As the resin contains styrene monomer, it is classified as hazardous and flammable.
