1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol-based unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin boasts excellent glass fiber wettability and rapid curing capabilities under ultraviolet light. Its robust mechanical properties make it ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) The UV2301 resin can be optimally thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are strongly recommended to fine-tune your process.2) This resin can be cured using both *** and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are considered, preliminary small-batch trials are advisable.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to prevent exposure to light, as it contains ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure the storage area is dark and the packaging remains completely opaque.
2) During transportation, comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture uptake and monomer loss. Store in a dry environment at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, and it decreases with higher storage temperatures.
