1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a premium bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin designed for diverse FRP productions, such as anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. Ideal for hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding processes, HS-4430 boasts exceptional mechanical strength, toughness, and superior heat and corrosion resistance.
It stands out as one of the premium resins ever designed for the marine industry.

2) Post curing: RT × 24 hrs + 80ºC × 24 hrs;

4 . Instruction and attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve a broad gel time scale, use a low-activity curing agent such as Butanox LPT by AKZO. For overcoat layers (e.g., outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), add paraffin to ensure optimal curing.
When used as an overcoat layer, paraffin must be incorporated to ensure the desired curing degree.
2) Recommended paraffin addition is 300 ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). To maximize paraffin efficiency, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).
3)To reduce bubbles and achieve a wide gel time range, use low-activity curing agents such as Butanox LPT by AKZO. For overcoat layers, ensure paraffin is added to achieve desired curing.Recommended paraffin addition is 300 ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). 5. Storage:
1) Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight or heat sources like steam pipes, maintaining temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside the recommended conditions can affect properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Follow the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' for transportation. Containing styrene monomer, it is hazardous and flammable.
