2. Technical Data Sheet for Liquid Resin:
Curing system in GT test: Accelerator 0.6Co/Naph: 2%; Hardener AKZO LPT: 2%;
3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +80ºC×24hrs;
4. . Instruction and attention:1) To minimize bubble formation and achieve an optimal gel time, use a low-activity curing agent like Butanox LPT from AKZO. When employed as an overcoat layer (e.g., the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), adding paraffin ensures the desired curing degree.
When used as an overcoat layer (such as the outermost layer of pipeline and tank), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) Recommended paraffin addition is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). For optimal paraffin usage, the resin should have a short gel time (around 30 minutes).
3)To reduce bubble formation and achieve a broad gel time scale, use a low-activity curing agent like Butanox LPT from AKZO. For overcoat applications (such as the outermost layer of pipelines and tanks), add paraffin to ensure proper curing. Recommended addition is300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). For best results, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). For optimal performance, the resin should have a short gel time (about 30 minutes).
5. Storage:
1) Store away from heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes, in a dry place below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged exposure outside recommended conditions can affect liquid resin properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Transport in accordance with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.' As it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and flammable.
