1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enriched with magnesium oxide, it boasts stability and thickening properties. It cures effortlessly with ultraviolet lamps, offering superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and outstanding mechanical attributes. Perfect for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste directly influence thickening viscosity and rate.Therefore, it is advisable to conduct small batch trials prior to full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. If alternative light sources are to be used, pre-testing with small batches is recommended.

5. Storage Guidelines:
1) Pack the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, keeping the resin, which contains UV light initiator, completely opaque. Store in a dark location.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry setting below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with rising temperatures.
