1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a premium, highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickened, curable by ultraviolet lamp. Boasting excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and superior mechanical properties, UV2301 is ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate directly relate to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are advised prior to full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are to be used for curing, small-batch trials should be conducted in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums as it contains ultraviolet light initiators. The packaging must remain in a dark place, 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note: Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
