4 . Suggestions for use:1) For optimal performance, UV2301 resin should be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the model and quantity of the paste. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct small-batch trials before full-scale use.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, small-batch trials are recommended to ensure compatibility.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) For optimal storage, package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Given the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging drum must be stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Keep away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the product remains sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with increasing temperature.
