1. Brief Introduction:
Our UV2301 resin is a marvel of chemical engineering: a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Incorporated with magnesium oxide, this resin stands out with its stability, rapid thickening, and swift curing under ultraviolet lamps. It boasts excellent wettability with glass fiber, ensuring not only rapid curing but also superior mechanical properties, making it the ideal choice for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and rate of thickening are directly influenced by the type and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used.For this reason, we highly recommend conducting small batch trials before full-scale application.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured
using both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. Should you need to use an alternative light source, it's advisable to conduct small-batch trials first.by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) This product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums because the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators. The packaging must remain in a dark and completely opaque environment.
2) Ensure transportation compliance with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The product has a shelf life of 6 months.
Keep in mind that storage duration decreases as temperatures increase.
