1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. With the incorporation of magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickens effectively. This resin can be cured using an ultraviolet lamp, which allows for rapid curing, superior glass fiber wettability, and exceptional mechanical properties. It is particularly suitable for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.It is recommended to conduct small batch trials before full-scale use.thickening rate.Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before usage to ensure optimal results.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are to be used, it is advisable to conduct small-batch trials in advance.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators, the containers must be kept in a dark place and remain 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the product is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Please note that storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
