1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. With the addition of magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickened, providing immediate cure under ultraviolet light. Showcasing excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, it is ideally suited for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the specific model and amount of magnesium oxide used.Therefore, conducting small batch trials is recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are to be used, small-batch trials are essential to ensure compatibility.

5. Storage:
1) To protect the resin containing ultraviolet light initiator, it should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum and kept in a dark place to remain 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. The product should be sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry environment at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, though storage time decreases with increasing temperatures.
