1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized with magnesium oxide, this resin is thickened and can be cured using UV lamps. It offers exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:The casting is created according to GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 light intensity at 14mW/cm2
for 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct correlationbetween the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste and the thickening viscosity aswell as the thickening rate.Small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedusing *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, please conduct small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains a UV light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark place and fully opaque.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
