1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a premium, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol unsaturated polyester resin offering high reactivity.. When combined with magnesium oxide, it remains stable and thickened, curing efficiently under ultraviolet light. Exhibiting excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and superior mechanical properties, it is ideal for UV curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

Note:The casting follows GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 light intensity at 14mW/cm2

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.It is recommended to conduct small batch trials before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, pre-testing with small batches is advisable.
5. Storage:
1) Store the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as it contains UV light initiators. Ensure the container remains in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Prevent exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to avoid moisture uptake and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Note: Storage time diminishes with rising temperatures.
