UV-E2310 is an advanced, styrene-free UV-curable resin that can be stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, enhancing glass fiber wetting. It boasts superior performance, rapid curing speed, minimal odor, and excellent mechanical properties. As a non-hazardous chemical with food certification, it is ideal for the in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes and applications where styrene is restricted.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate. Small batch trials are recommended before use. 2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured using mercury or UV-LED lamps. If using other light sources, conduct small batch trials in advance. thickening rate. 5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains a UV light initiator. The packaging must be kept in a dark place, 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemical Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
