1. Brief Introduction:
Introducing UV2301 - a medium-viscosity, highly reactive isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 can be rapidly cured under an ultraviolet lamp. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Perfect for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines and oil & gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the model and amount of the magnesium oxide paste.Therefore, conducting small batch trials before use is recommended.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, please perform small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must remain in a completely dark and opaque environment.
2) Transport according to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources, such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC, with a shelf life of 6 months. Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
