1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. . With magnesium oxide stabilization, it thickens efficiently and cures rapidly under ultraviolet light. UV2301 boasts outstanding glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless sewer repairs (CIPP) as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, small batch trials are highly recommended before proceeding with large-scale applications.thickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedwith UV lamps and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are desired, conduct small batch trials beforehand.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators, packaging must be kept in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations".
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss, keep the containers sealed. Store in a dry area with temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
