1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin.. Fortified with magnesium oxide, UV2301 showcases stability and thickening while providing rapid curing when exposed to ultraviolet light. With remarkable glass fiber wettability, swift curing, and superior mechanical attributes, it is ideal for trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines via ultraviolet curing.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate, thus it is advisable to conduct small batch trials prior to use.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with both *** lamp and UV-LED lamp curing. For other light sources, small-batch trials are recommended to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) The resin should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect its ultraviolet light initiator. Ensure the containers are kept in a dark, fully opaque environment.
2) Adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Avoid heat exposure, such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, which shortens with rising temperatures.
The storage duration diminishes as temperature increases.
