Introducing UV2301 – a cutting-edge, highly reactive, medium-viscosity unsaturated polyester resin crafted from isophthalate neopentylene glycol.With the inclusion of magnesium oxide, this resin ensures stability and can thicken effectively. It cures swiftly under UV light and boasts unparalleled glass fiber wettability, exceptional mechanical properties, and rapid curing speed. Perfect for trenchless UV curing repairs (CIPP) in sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4. Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate depend on the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used.Small-batch trials are recommended before application.2) UV2301 resin is curable with both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. Conduct small-batch trials if using alternative light sources.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin, which contains a UV light initiator, from light exposure. Storage containers must remain in dark, fully opaque conditions.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months; however, it decreases with rising temperatures.
