Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. With the inclusion of magnesium oxide, it maintains stability and thickens efficiently. It can be cured by ultraviolet lamp, showcasing excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. This resin is ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, along with oil and gas pipelines.

Note:The casting is prepared according to GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions involve UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm2
, for a duration of 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and thickening rate.Small batch trials are highly recommended before large-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If you intend to use other light sources for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging drum must be kept in a dark place and must be 100% opaque.
2) During transportation, comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Please note that storage time reduces with increasing temperatures.
