1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin..Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it can be cured by an ultraviolet lamp. UV2301 offers excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly influence thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before use.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum. Since the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging drum must be kept in a dark place and 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
