Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin.Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 cures swiftly under ultraviolet light, offering excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer and oil/gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is curable by both *** and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Store in black IBC tanks or iron drums. As the resin contains UV light initiators, it must be kept in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC for a shelf life of 6 months.
Storage time reduces with rising temperatures.
