Characteristics and main uses:
HS-1225 is an o-phenylene type unsaturated polyester resin with high reactivity, medium viscosity, and excellent overall mechanical properties.
It has good reactivity, medium viscosity and good overall mechanical properties. It is suitable for BMC moulding/injection moulding process, producing plastic motor shells and other products.

Note: 1) The casting body sample method is implemented according to GB/T8237, curing system: 0.6% Co-Naph 1.5%, AKZO M-50 1.5%;
(2) Post-curing treatment of casting body: room temperature × 24 hours + 60 ºC × 3 hours + 110 ºC × 2 hours.
Precautions:
Transportation should be in accordance with the provisions of the State Council 'Regulations on the Safe Management of Dangerous Chemicals', Chapter V, Transportation and Handling of Dangerous Chemical Substances. The product should be stored in a cool place under 25ºC, avoid fire, isolate the heat source, and keep it sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and volatilisation of the monomer. Shelf life is 3 months when stored under 25ºC.
