1. Brief Introduction :
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate-neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Fortified with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, this resin cures swiftly under UV light. It boasts superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-cured trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use :1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate depend on the type and amount of paste used.Small batch trials are advised before full-scale application.2) Cure UV2301 resin with *** or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials beforehand.

5. Storage :
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Given the resin's UV sensitivity, ensure the packaging is stored in a dark, opaque environment.
2) Transport must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Note: Storage duration decreases with rising temperatures.
